RIGHT TO USE LIKENESS & NAME: All participants in consideration of their attendance at the MSPR Session, grant MSPR the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and permission to photograph, use, and distribute (royalty-free, both now and in the future) attendees’ images with their names in all media including, without limitation, photographs, electronic reproductions and transmission of images and any other uses on the internet for any MSPR’s lawful purposes.
